A fantastic service. I had an emergency hard drive failure this week causing the PC to crash every time I switched it on. I needed the PC to finish some work for a deadline and Dave not only fixed it but went the extra mile to fix it the same day. This level of service is hard to find. The next time I have a computer problem Dave will be the first person I call.

Brilliant service my built in webcam and microphone needed connecting in my laptop and even though he was busy did the work straight away very good customer service skills and with me being a student was given a discount very good customer service skills and technical skills would recommend ^_^x
